  1. Hey Vj's begging for some info here. Our interview is next week, and i'm getting the i134 ready. I am using a co sponsor( my dad) he files taxes with my mom, so in the question where it asked me who is dependent should i just put my sister and i? or also my mom, i am looking at his US1040 and it only has my sis and i. DOes this mean my co- sponsor should be my mom and dad or just my dad? I am also filing my i134, but it's definitely more simple. Now i could not get a bank statement for him since he is out of the country, but i have all his income taxes for the past 3 years and letter of employment, should this be a problem

    ? please help

  2. T- Bone, I read through the whole thing. That just a bunch of bull. I don't know if you were informed, but right now there is no enbassador in Guayaquil right now, she was kicked out by the president. I know they are still processing visas. Gabyfer recently was the last approval, she said that it went fine and she did not have her fiance present at the interview. I am more nervous than i was before, but that is just gonna make me prepare more. Any suggestions that you can give me? besides being there because i was really planning on being there in the first place. Thanks T-bone

  3. Hey budd just read it now, thanks for the help... Now i dont see why they would denied it, the only thing i could think of it's the money issue since i have a co sponsor that makes about 55000 a year and has a family of four including my self and him, My fiance will be the 5th. I also make about 17000 a year, but that would change pretty soon. Checking the 125 percent poverty rate for 2011 we are okay, but other than that i dont know if i should be worried. I am definitely going to be present at the interview. Im just so nervous... thanks for responding.

  7. Hey, guys just found out i've sent my application to the wrong address, i sent it to California instead of Texas. I prepared the application my self, but a notary service center helped me prepare it, and they put it with a sticker to California, I've been anxious waiting because it arrived to California on March 25,2011 today is April 4,2011 and i don't know anything. Should i be worried? Any ideas of what i should do. Please help calm my nerves. Thanks.
