The difference of filing the k1(fiancée visa) and cr1(spousal visa) is the required document.the cr1 is marriage certificate and photo of your wedding ceremony and the fee,the k1 is engagement ring,receipt of it if you have and photo together.anything that you can prove.the rest are the same like the time process.

We filed i751 with i912 Jan 28 2016 and they received it feb 02 2016 and today feb 25 2016 I received I 797 notice of action.FEE WAIVED! Receipt date feb 02

Hi guys,

I hope you can give me some info. I filed for I751 on Jan 21,2016. So far I haven't received NOA1. I filed through California Service Center. We did not send any check because we are applying for fee waiver. So, I can't find out whether or not my petition was received.

We both have jobs. However, things have been a bit rough lately and I am expecting right now.

Will my applying for fee waiver cause me trouble?

Or is it because I apply for fee waiver, we have not received NOA1 yet?

I got married three months ago in the philippines and am currently working on a CR1 for my wife to come here to the USA. Well when my wife went to the DFA for her passport they said we have to report our marriage to the US embassy here in america. Is this true? If so how do we do this and when? Also do I have to be there in person because I can't afford to go back until her visas approved.

if your wife apply her philippine passport for the first time she needs to bring:

• marriage certificate from nso
• 3 govern't i.d's like nbi,postal,sss and birth cert.

if she renew her passport or change status bring

• old passport and marriage cert

then,proceed to DFA.they're going to process her passport but she can't have until she attend a seminar in CFO in cebu and get a certificate there.the day she come back to DFA to claim her passport she have to show the CFO cert.and the reciept from what she paid in DFA.

1.he need his daddy to be a joint sponsor what exactly form his daddy needs to fill out i-864 or i-864a?they lives in same house.

2.his dad and mom are doing it joint return of their taxes do his mom needs to fill up a form too?

hi there,hoping somebody can help me here.i am under the cr-1 category/jan.filer.my question is... on nvc, there is a part there that they ask a 6 months pay stub and my husband is retired so what we gonna send?his last employment was 3 years ago.he live with me here in philippines more than 2 years.

*i-130 instruction

*(i forgot the 3rd one)

then follow the i-130 instructions.
