    Hi sis....did you get your removal of conditon approved yet? We sent ours on 7/10/15 and redid fingerprints on 8/10/15 but the Immigration website has not updated yet and we haven't heard from them either?

      SO right now you are waiting for the NVC to send your file to the US embassy in Laos. When the embassy receives your file they will call your fiance to go pick up packet #3. Consists of the instruction to go take her medical and also the applications for her visa(of wich DS 160 is a part of). She will also receive a blank I-134 form which she is suppose to send to you to complete and return to her before her interview. Go to the US embassy in Laos website for a list of the forms in Packet...

    Got my NOA2 hardcopy a couple of days ago. Keeping it safe and sound. Happy because have my NOA2 but stress because of the next step. Lol gathering info... stressfull even if I've got everything. Is it ok if I just send in bank statement instead of letter from bank with my I-134?

    lol. So I called and talked to a tier 2 rep and my status is still on "pending". I guess I am kind of early because I did file in April. Those who filed in March you should call to see if you've been approved or not because a few has but their status doesn't show a change on uscis site.

      Thanks for the info. I am waiting impatiently. I am eager to call but my timeline approximate the first week of July so I am going to wait until after July 4th before calling.

    So I recieved an email and text saying that they have my I-129F. Also that they sent out a NOA1 to me in the mail. I guess the next part is the long part torturous, the waiting game.
