    Still needing advice......Would it be quicker to get married in Turkey and then apply for the spouse visa?? Or should we file for the fiance visa and get married in America?

      one more thing, I am a ful time student right now, so I will not have proof of support for him if I file for the fiance visa. What about the spouse visa, do I have to show proof of support for that also??? This is so confusing!!

      Ahhh, this is all so confusing....I would actually rather get married in Turkey so we can be with his family, but ultimately I want to do whatever will get him to America the quickest. Where did you get married? After you got married, you went back to America and filed for the spouse visa? What is the AP in the Embassy?
