    Supervisor finally got a Mgr to open the file and verify it has been complete since Aug 16. Took them a few moments to resolve NVC mistake which has been stressing me out for 3 weeks.

      Hi - I had to get "Supervisor Sue" to tell a manager to open the file. Call and ask for "Supervisor Sue" - convince her you KNOW it's there. Hubby is at interview right now... I will get teh full run-down from him in a few hours!
