  1. Hello to all,

I can see per the posts here, that there is hope for these complicated immigration cases.

I have a case myself, and I have been seeking help for many years, but I've had no luck.

I am a Mexican citizen, and I was deported from the U.S.A back in 2002, trying to cross the San Ysidro border as a US citizen; I was 19 at the time. The deportation documents stated a 5 year bar. That time is up, but I'm not sure if I still need a waiver to apply for a non-immigrant visa, or if I even can apply for it. I applied about 2 years ago, but it was denied in Juarez. I have read that even those who have been deported for false claims of US citizenship can apply for a non-immigrant visa, and that it is at the discretion of the officer of the interview to grant or deny the visa.

I have a life here in Mexico, and have no intention whatsoever to live in the US; I have a Bachelor's Degree in business management and a Masters Degree in Marketing, and I have been working for a company for 4 years, with a stable income.

I need a non-immigrant visa because it would open new opportunities for me in the company I work for, as we have to travel every now and then. I would sincerly appreciate it if someone could help me out on this one.

Thanks in advance for any feedback I may recieve.
