Assembled ROC packet, mailed to USCIS on Feb. 18th. Check cleared the bank last night...waiting on NOA1..WOOHOOOO, after two years I've forgotten how much fun this is

sorry for the late reply. EAD/AP took 3 months, GC took 6 months. But we had an RFE that ate up almost 1 month because we had to do physicals again. Plus we had Christmas/New year holidays in the mix.

We finally got our notifications today. "Green Cards in production" and "registered new permanent resident status" for Annie and Yen. How's it going with you guys?

Hi Sunny, this is Scott.

Well, we received an RFE for the 485...they lost the medical packet that was handed over at POE. So, Annie and our daughter had to endure another physical, blood work TB test etc., but no vaccinations thankfully. We are submitting the RFE back to CSC in the next day or so. Hopefully they will issue the GC's soon after. Take care!

Good luck on your AOS submission. Yep, AOS is scary...we sent ours back in sept., got our EAD/AP but not a peep on the GC yet. Should be soon though.

Regarding your latest post...you have to print the DS156 before the barcodes are added to the form. That is an online form only. You have to complete online, then print and take with you. You should really join the pretty ladies group on FB. They will give better answers than some people on here. There are probably some of them from your hometown also..good luck at your interview.

The information the lady posted about the forms for your interview is incorrect. The DS-230 is not required for the Manilla interview. Only DS 156, 156K, and 157 are required as it states in the interview packet I gave you the link. Also, the appointment letter linc she posted is outdated. That was an old letter from 2009, the new ones look much different.
