@ann&bill,as long as nakasal na kayo within 90 days from your POE, yung Aos pwede mo e file anytime as long as nakasal na kayo but not necessary na within 90 days. the sooner the better para di ka ma out of status at kong plan mo mag work ma e file mo na rin yung EAD/Ap mo together sa AOS mo.

PS: I don't think they assign nor give out the case numbers until the petition is good to go...that's what I've been told.

She said Administrative Processing or Administrative Review is when there is a problem. Then she gave me the MNL case number. So, I believe based on what you said, there is not a problem with your petition and it should go out in a couple of days...Call back and get this clarified before you panic. i could be wrong, just sharing my experience...good luck!

did they tell you they were doing a background check?? The reason i ask is, we were in the same situation, long time between USCIS and NVC...final got an NVC operator that said the petition had been received and was going through "additional processing"...scared me, I asked what is wrong?? She said nothing is wrong all petitions go through "additional processing" and she said that just means it's being processed for shipment to USEM. She said Administrative Process...
