    One more thing i need to ask you? When you got approve did they send your file to local st. paul office to get decision or not because tier 2 said ours is sent to our local office and we will get interview and he said its require for k1 applicant? I just need to know if they sent your file to local office or not so i will have in mind if we will get interview or not..

    can i ask you? Did you guys get a interview or straight up approval for green card. We are from St. Paul and still waiting for green card approval..

      hey i got the same letter too :S:S most of the april filers are getting this same letter :P anyways good luck :) i havnt even gt my biometric yet :S

      I didnt know we need the biometric for EAD i thought its only for AOS, but the tier 2 did confirm that it was aprroved and we should wait for some kind of approve letter , i need to call them again on the 5th of augs since they wont do anything about my case until my service request is up..

      wow that was fast. when we call the lady say they have been delay on working on the cases and sending out biometrics appointments..
