My husband went back to the embassy in Ghana for the millionth time and all seems to be in order and the sponsor has finally cleared to their liking. But now they say that my husband's medicals have expired, but I want to be clear on this because me and the hubby had spoken of this before and we thought they would expire at least the first week in March. Well my husband returned on Dec. 5th for his other interview to come back with an updated birth certificate and all was well until they asked for the joint sponsors updated information and told him to come back on Dec. 19th with that info, unfortunately my joint sponsor will not supply me with her updated info so we are back at searching for a sponsor last minute before Dec. 19th, no matter what my husband will return on that date with or without a new sponsor and we will go from there...I ca...

Well patracy I am glad you are relieved now after speaking with a lawyer and yes you are right God is in control.

No it sure it is not fun one bit my dear. I have not been back to see my hubby since we married Dec. 2008, it has been a long haul and it is not over as of yet. I can't wait till the day he lands here in Las Vegas...

My husband has his interview on Oct.17 at 8:30am Ghana time. All went very well with the interview and he loaded them up with so much evidence he thought the person was going to faint...lol...my husband has to return on Dec. 5th with an updated birth certificate. I guess they don't take the one he has, go figure. But anyways Thank be to God!!

@brigobalgownie, I know crazy isn't it to have an updated birth certificate for the hubby. We had no idea of such a thing. Anyways other than that the interview went well and he was only asked like 4 questions, he said he thinks that the interviewer was overwhelmed with how much evidence he presented her with and about fainted...lol...good luck my dear.

@patracy my hubby was able to get his phone records only from the last 3 mo. When is your interview?

@Patracy I never thought of saving all the phone records since we first met, so I never did. The only thing that I had printed up for hubby was my like phone logs of how much I had paid in like calling cards, like I used..comfi.com and rebtel.com. The last 2 weeks or so people were saying for the hubby to get his phone records from his MTN and he did but other than that they did not ask..

My hubby said the interview went fine it is just they asked him to return on Dec. 5th with an updated birth certificate of his.
