You file married joint and use his SSN number and 0 income.

Like i said, not working has nothing to do with it.

even if he is not working? he doesnt have his work permit yet !! I mean how do I put it when I file my taxes on 2012?

ok but he hasnt get his work permit yet.. so that means I can file as head of household?

I have a BIG question... can I put my husband as dependent when I file my taxes? we are doing the adjustment of status for him..

K1 visa needs vaccinations ?? if not is it only $185.00 for the medical exam??
