      MNL is for manila case number here in the Philippines for you to be able to schedule ur interview and for u to have a medical they will ask you for that.

      I actually sent an inquiry email at NVC but they told me they didn't receive it yet that's why they asked me to send a scanned copy of the NOA2 and now I'm waiting for them to reply. hope we receive it soon.
