Has anyone had the experience of having trouble because they don't have a letter from their sponsors' employer verifying current pay? I'm in this situation, but I have current paystubs. Will this be a problem? I hope not

Mine said NBC as well but the hardcopy will tell you your local office address where the interview will actually take place.

Yes I only submitted 2009 taxes as well because I wasn't required to file for 2010. I decided to file anyway, so I'll be bringing my 2010 tax return with me.

Our interview is 8 days away and I'm so excited!

I got the Post Action message on my EAD, so I am assuming that means my card is on it's way. Can't wait for that bad boy to get here.

Congrats, that's great. My husband got his EAD about 5 weeks ago, then we moved to another state 2 weeks after that, and he just got hired yesterday! Yayyyyyyyyyyyyy!

I'm sorry, but you state that he didn't complete/submit evidence of 3 years of counseling that was a required part of his sentence for his child porn conviction?????? And you don't know why he was denied?????? Can he complete the counseling now? He really should have gotten the counseling handled. There's no way to know if completing this counseling would have helped. I'm sure that any sore of crimes against children would be a HUGE red flag in any immigrant petition. With a child porn conviction, I think the issue is his danger to children NOT you. To top it off he had a DUI in there somewhere.

I guess you could appeal, but I'm not sure how successful that would be. Good luck. Sorry you're going through such pain.

Another New Yorker who filed mid February just got their interview notice for July 14, so maybe August for March filers?

So I changed my address about 10 or 12 days ago to my Jersey address. My interview is in NJ. I think the faster processing in NJ worked in our favor. I'm very happy.
