We got married on March 05, 2011 after dating approximately 4 years. My wife is from Vientiane, Lao and I am from U.S, we option to file I-130 stand alone, one for my wife and one for our 7 year old son. Both I-130’s have been mailed to Chicago USCIS Office & now in process at CSC. I will periodically update my I-130’s status, progress & results. Hello Dave, nothing as of yet, I was reading some posts on V.J and noticed one member forgot to write his wife last name and submitted the documents to USCIS and later his petition was approved with no REF. I hope the same for us.
