with regards to the k2, is that just filling out the children's name on the I129,or are there other forms he should be filling out. also does anybody know if the Kazakhstan embassy require the fathers permission for the mother to take the children to America.

This may help, this is what I did, We got NVC approval and Manila number on the Aug 9th, I tracked it and the Embassy received it on the 12th, had my asawa go to BPI and pay fee for interview, they only ask for her passport number. We had a slight delay for a few days due to a mishap, with the BPI entering her passport number wrong, putting a o when is should have been a zero. got that straightened out and scheduled the interview on the 19th, Have the interview scheduled for Sept 2nd, By the way I scheduled it on the phone was real easy and they e-mail you the confirmation. She is getting her medical done on the 23rd and CFO on 25th. So within 10 days of getting my NVC notice.have the interview scheduled. even with the delay of the BPI. she has never received anything yet, just did not to wait around.

does anybody know what to put in the priority date line, when scheduling a interview online?

The two phone calls I have Made were to the usem (214)571-1600 and they tell me I can not schedule tell this is resolved, can not schedule tell they have it in there computer.

anybody else have a problem with scheduling the interview due to payment being lost? We made our payment on August 11th for 15,050 peso. and it has her passport number on it. she even went back to the BPI and checked and they said everything is good. I called two day's ago and they put in a service request, they even sent me a confirmation e-mail then a few minutes latter I got a e-mail saying cased closed! so I called again today they still do not have the payment and they do not have any idea what happened, she said this does not happen very often so she had no idea what to do. all we can do is wait she says and no timeline to fix the problem!!!OOOHHH what to do but wait some more. thanks for listening to me ramble on just very frustrated. I also asked how long to get interview if things were ok. she said the 22nd was the first date available.

can we use the E-mail noa2 and our manila # they gave us over the phone for the physical? or should I scan the actual noa2 they sent me in the mail? another question if we get or physical done before the interview is scheduled, will there be a problem matching them up at the time of the actual interview? has anybody had problems getting there physical done before scheduling interview ?

Thanks for all the input. I have been getting some different stories on if I need a interview date scheduled before she can due her physical. I agree I want to due the Physical as soon as possible, did not want to wait the week or so for them to get the case in and us to schedule the date, which of course we will do as soon as possible, also if she could do the CFO on that same trip would save us time after the interview by not wasting a day after the interview doing the CFO. again thanks for all the great info.

Is there a reason to wait on the CFO? it would be nice to have it all done before the interview, I know we will have to go back for the stamp, just trying to get all the hoops jumped through before the interview, as well as doing multiple things on her trips to manila.

We just got our NOA2!!!!!!! I am thinking about starting to call the NVC on Wednesday to see if i can get my Manila case# and when it left the NVC. I know it could take from 3 to 30 days for them to get a number. i was also wondering when I get the Manila# is it OK to have my fiance get her physical done and CFO seminar done or should i wait till we have a interview date. I understand your pain since I am in the same boat.My noa1 is February 14th as well, there seems to be a lot of people with in a few days of us that are in the same boat, hopefully the did not lose our box, but obviously our box is still on the shelf.

I to just hit my 5 month mark, just called for a service request the lady told me I had to wait 30 days because they are not officially late yet. they said the vcs are currently working on January 16th k1 visas, I did not ask to talk to a tier 2 representative, this may have been a mistake. I guess i will give them tell next week. anybody have any ideas on what i should do from here or just wait, or call back and try to get a tier 2 rep. there seems to be a lot of visa's around the February 14th that got skipped. any info or ideas would be appreciated.
