  1. US consulate Bangkok, Just beware of window 5,the lady working there is an american girl, long black hair, light grey eyes, light skin an is out for blood.I must say i don,t have a lot of time to write ,right now but my fiancee can speak english pretty good, can understand really good, but this lady ate her alive,Bee answsers all the basic questions easy,no problem, then Bee hands her more papers, the co then puts her hands over her head an says whats this, what is this ,Bee says its my fiances documents, the co then says so what,so what,i cant believe this i want to go up an help her butt not permitted since this is the interview,The co never took the papers,i was getting mad, anyway the co tells Bee to have a seat,we wait till about 11:00 then bee is called up again, they give her a yellow form asking for more info, updated medical forms witch is a another storie,a I 864 ,an a I 864A,basicly a co sponser,Asking if i have any assets,An last but not least proof of my domicile in the US.

The following wensday were back, with all requested docs,We have a new co,thank god,Bee goes an submits all the new docs, the co tells her to have a seat,(the embassy only accepts submission of requested docs on mondays an wensdays from 1 to 3 pm)any way after an hour i hear that voice, the voice of the old co,calling Bee up to window 5,oh god,######,the ladie is already angry, asks Bee do you want a visa,Bee says yes,the co responds have a seat its gonna take me a while to go through this paperwork, well 4:00 rolls around an the embassy is no empty, there is only one ladie behinde the window now, finally 4:30 a thai staff asks Bee why are you still here,Go home we will call you with in the week,

so we go home an wait, isend a couple emails to the embassy in the mean time ,finally on fri they respond ,

    Dear Mr.

Thank you for your inquiry. Your fiancée was told (in English and Thai) that she would be contacted as soon as the documents were reviewed, which would be within the week. She will likely hear from us later today.

    Regards,

    Visa Unit

so anyway friday turns to sat, then monday, still no phone call or email,so we decide to just go to the embassy,we get there at 1:00 Bee is seen around 1:15 the lady says why are you here,Bee says i want my visa, the co says did you recieve a phone call,Bee says no,the co says someone was suppose to call you on friday, anyway the co asked were Bee was staying ,we were staying about 45 mins from the embassy,so the co said come back at 3:00 an pick up your visa,

so we arrived at 3:00 visa was in hand at 3:15....hope this info helps...just beware of the lady at window 5..i herd her interview 2 other girls an im pretty sure none recieved visas that day...lets hope the embassy has there act together just make sure you all have your docs in order when you go to the interview...

  2. Just say my fiancee does not get her K1 visa issued to her, worst case senerio, can she still come to the USA without a visa at all, shes from thailand? 3. Dear Mr. Galas:

Thank you for your inquiry. Your fiancée was told (in English and Thai) that she would be contacted as soon as the documents were reviewed, which would be within the week. She will likely hear from us later today.

    Regards,

    Visa Unit

this is in reponse to my email from yesterday, hopefull will hear from them today...

  4. Ok..so afer my fiancees first interview she was given a yellow paper asking for ,new medical forms, proof of my domicile in the US,an since my income was not enough to sponser her a I864 an a I864A ,asking for a joint sponser since i live at the same address as my folks,Not sure why they say my income was not enough in the first place,I make close to 40 bucks an hour,i showed a letter from my employer, pay check stubs an bank statements.

I was living in Thailand for 2 an a half years prior to my move back to the states at the end of 2010 so maybe it was because of my W2;s not being so big for the last two years, who knows, but what i am so concerned about is how they are treating my fiancee at the embassy, she went back yesterday provided all the requested doc,s was told to have a seat an wait, she was never called back to the window, finally after everyone had left, a thai lady called her up to the window,an asked why she still here,Apparently the lady that was originally helping her had left already, they did keep her pass port , im not sure whats going on her but the thai lady told my fiancee that they needed to look at the paper work a bit more an they would call her next week....Whats up with that i had everything in order in witch they requested, nothing but more delays...i swear..has anyone ever had this happen to them...i just dont get it...

  5. Ok so interview went alright Bee did fine, till the officer asked why does she want to go to america after i have already stayed with her for three years in Thailand. She replied,i want to go to america to marry my fiance an ,get our daughter a better education. Then the interviewing officer asked what kind of visa i had, well i have already been back an living in the US for almost a year,Bee told her i have a non immagrant visa, witch was true 9 months ago,now i here only on a tourist visa,Still the immagration officer now wants me to show proof of my domicile in the states, and also tells her i dont make enough money to sponcer her,we are going to be living with my parents when she gets her visa so the officer said to also bring back a I 864A an I864 with my parents on the I 864A,along with there W2 an taxes for the last three years,

Is that acceptable on a K1 visa? I am working have a good job since dec 2010 already made well over 125% of the poverty line this year already,i showed all my pay check stubs an bank statements, haveover 12 grand in the bank.she never even looked at this stuff from what Bee told me..PLEASE GIVE SOME ADVICE SHE GOES BACK READY AN ARMED TO THE EMBASSY TOMMARROW...

  8. WASHINGTON – Still at odds as a shutdown looms, House Speaker John Boehner and President Barack Obama on Thursday failed to reach a deal to keep the government running, but talks will continue. The House's plan for a stopgap measure was met with a veto threat by Obama.

Boehner, addressing reporters on the White House driveway after the talks, said "all of us sincerely believe that we can get to an agreement." Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, also in the negotiations, said another meeting with the president would happen later in the day.

"We'll see you back here at 7 o'clock," Reid said. All sides are working on a last-minute deal to avert a partial government shutdown that looms at midnight Friday.

There was no immediate comment from Obama or his staff.

Boehner said he asked Obama to sign a stopgap measure the House passed Thursday afternoon that would fund the government for one more week, make $12 billion in cuts, and fully fund the Pentagon through September. The speaker said he expressed his direct disappointment to Obama that the president intended to veto the bill if it ever got to his desk.
