ok guys we had a smooth interview, but the IO didn't tell us if we are approved or not justa that if they need something we'll get a letter in the mail...but the interview was ok no tricky questions, a conversation as pupsik said.

the questions were: when and where did we meet, when and where we got married, name and address, birthdates, social security numbers. she looked at the evidence, at our pics, she asked if we can give her some pics, she asked me the questions that are on the I-485 with the NO answers. she was awesome, I don't remember her name...

Hopefully I will get the green card in the mail in a few days.

We'll try to make a life insurance or health insurance this week. I don't know if we cand fix that with comcast because our next bill is due on december 23rd, 3 days after the interview...

We have a problem, we'll have our AOS interview on dec 19 and we only have the Sprint bill and affidavits from people that know abou our relationship. We were also suppsosed to have the comcast bill but they didn't add my husband's name on the bill...and I talked to the people from comcast 3 times...I am soo nervous right now. WE sent with the files the joint checking account, car insurance and lease agreement. what elese can I do in these 3 weeks???

I sent the AOS package on august 19th and I received the text message and e-mail on aug.24th. and today I got the NOA in my mail.

Another question...Do I need my husband's letter of employment for my AOS package even if I have a sponsor? thanks

I know some suggest it, for example I-130 says that the last name has to be in CAPS... and I-864 instructions say all in capital letters...and the rest...thank you for your answers.

hello everyone! I came to US with a B1/b2 visa in august last year and in june 10 this year I got married with my boyfriend a US citizen.I started to complete the forms and I don't know if I should write that I am working as a nanny because I know that with this type of visa you can't work and I am out of status since february 19 this year. another problem is that I live in Atlanta but I have an Illinois driver's licence, the Ga DL expired in febr.19 (I got the DL only for 6 months) and I had to go to chicago to get a DL.should I send a copy of this DL? or I can only send a copy of my passport?
