Yes an affidavit from your ex goes a long way. Get her to write you one.

I got my 10yr green card yesterday June 17th in the mail. i got approved on May 7th

I was a divorce waiver too n i got approved with no RFE and no interview...ya'll dont worry you will get approved even though it might take long but still ull get approved. Hang in there, don't worry about nothing move on with your life

Make sure u have all your documentation in place then file for divorce. I was in the same situation and i got approved with no RFE nor Interview

I finally got an email today that the production of my new card has been ordered I've been waiting since May 7th 2013 since i got an Approval letter.

Im in the same boat too...i got approved on May 7th but haven't received the 10 year card yet . But i ain't stressing about it

Did u file i751 divorce waiver or joint? And if divorce waiver what year did u divorce?

Hello Kennyos! Don't stress about nothing man! everything will be okay, continue living your life. Did you have health insurance together,For how long have you had your 2 year green card before you got divorced? Can your ex wife, her parents, any family member of hers write you an affidavit? go to the leasing office or call them and ask them to give you a copy of the lease from since when your name was on the lease until when you moved out. Remember don't stress when you stress you never think straight.

I had a lot of evidence

-tax returns for 2009,2010 and 2011 both filled married but separate.

-4 credit cards ex wife as an authorized user and we were using them.

-joint lease for 2009 and 2010

-2 joint checking accounts used to deposit money in them to pay the credit cards n other bills.

-life insurance ex wife has beneficiary

-joint electric and cable bills

-joint health insurance

-joint renters insurance

-affidavit from ex wife, n her mom

-affidavit from my parents

--joint car insurance and joint car registration

-driver licence showing same address

-sent like 10 pix of us together with friends,her family and my family and on the back of the pix i named everyone eg my ex wifes dad and his name *** etc

Hello everyone! I've been following VJ for years. I got my approval letter Saturday. I filled Roc with divorce waiver

and i got approved with no RFE and no Interview, it took 11 months. Goodluck to those waiting for a decision.

i 751 date June 14th i mailed my roc to CSC.

Can someone add me?.Im a June 2012 divorce waiver filler and i got approved with no RFE no Interview it took 11 months.Here's my timeline.May 2012 divorce granted i filled for the divorce. June 15 2012 1st NOA, July 23 did my Biometrics.Then may 07 2013 got approval letter
