    I just got text and email to say my i-485 status has been changed to testing and inteview!

    My i-130 and my EAD still say initial review though.

    OMG we have very similar time lines!!!! I had my Biometrics done on the 11th too,but so far nothing...my case status has not changed at all.and I never received any texts/email updates other than the ones I got for the initial acceptance of my package!

    as for ur I130 online status-it will stay on "initial review" until u complete ur interview..so dont worry about it

    hi there,

    in my case-after the 3 texts/emails, i received only one noa in the mail-the one for I765..come to find out the other 2 were mailed to my street address instead of my POBox-mailing address but i had no idea until it was almost too late-i almost missed my biometrics appointment because the post office kept returning the mail to them as undeliverable..I kept calling and calling the uscis and stayed on the phone for hours-they filed a change of address for me even though i never changed my address,and told me to wait 15 days until the request was accepted,i insisted that they do something about the problem-that i might miss my appointment,and finally they faxed me the bio letter and my appointment was a day away!..

    so anyway-if i were u i'd wait 2-3 days if u do not get anything in the mail-call USCIS and make sure all 3 letters were mailed out.

    Had my biometrics done today.fast and easy..

    I was stressing a lot since uscis mixed up my mailing address with my street address and they had sent two of my noas and my biometrics notice to my house instead of my po box.I had to call them every day,did a change of address over the phone,eventhough I never changed my actual address...then they told me to wait 15days for them to accept the change and resend me the missimg mail but I was worried Id miss my appointment so finally I made them fax it to me and it turned out my appointment was a day away...thank God my husband was already off today..I hope there won't be any more confusion and things will go smooth and fast from now on...

    Hang in there, hopefully you will get your biometric appt. letter. I'm still waiting for my bio.appt. Can't wait !!!

    Thanks,I'm trying to stay positive an be patient but its not oin too good lol...n to add to my frustration yesterday my i485 online status said card production,and my I 130 -change of address successful.I did.t change my adsress or never re,eived a biometrics apt yet...After 30mins on the phone with uscis they finally told me to ignore everything that I see on their website as far as my ststus..

    My whole case process is frustrating and stressing me out,....

    Very helpful! I Would love to join this group! AOS delivered 9/26 @ 2:30pm. chicago lockbox. waiting on my noa1. Can someone explain the timeline thing, idk what to put. I filed I-130 in 2007 and it was approved. FINALLY (long story) sent in my 485, 765, and g-whateveritis and all supporting docs . lol. My attny prepared everything. Two questions.... #1 Is anyone else currently out of status? # Is anyone here been married for a long time and have kids? Ive been married 7 yrs and we have 4 beautiful kids last 2 are twin girls. =)

    Happy to read everyones process is going good..

    I on the other hand am not too happy...after I received 3emails and texts (130,485 765),I was disappointed to receive only one NOA the one of least importance for the EAD.. :( its been over a week since they mailed all three of them and still nothing...they r lost somewhere..there's nothing uscis or th post office can do about it. we pay all this money the least uscis can do is send certified or atleast priority mail to mae sure we grt it....

    Question for Form I864 and Income Tax Return

    Hi everyone! I am about to send out my i485, i130, i765 package but I am stuck on the i864 sponsor form. Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Okay, so here's the story. My hubby (USC petitioner) does not meet income requirements. So we already have a joint sponsor.. That's all good to go. She had complete documents 3 years of her federal income tax return, paystubs, w2s.. Etc. Now, the problem is my hubby. He has his federal income tax return (as well as 1099s, he was only earning commission basis as an agent) for year 2012, 2010, but 2011 he doesn't have one since he didn't file for that year cos he had no income. However, we were based in Manila, so he had a job there from 2008 to 2012 (including the 2011 year he didn't have income from the US) that paid very minimally.

    What should I put in the form where it says total income for 3 most recent years? Should I put $0 for 2011?

    Next question is should I just send in the federal income tax return and 1099s for the mos recent year 2012? Or would it be better to send in 2012 and 2010 and have a written explanation for 2011 why he wasn't required to Ike since h had no income? (Does the income from the Philippines matter or not?)

    Or will they not really dwell on his i864 since I have a joint sponsor with complete requirements!?

    Please help me!! I really wanna send this out already! So stressful

    If I were you Id just sent his 2012 tax forms and w2s..sending 3 years of tax forms is optional,plus if he doesnt meets the requirements..if you joint sponsor meets the requirements and has all the supporting documents then you are good to go!

    yesterday I opened my Po box and saw only one letter from USCIS - the NOA for I-765..Im frustrated because I thought I will receive all 3 of them at the same time.I checked my status online (using the receipt # from my emails) : I-130 and I-765 are in the "initial review" stage, and I-485 is in the "acceptance" stage...

    why did I only received one NOA? has this happened to anyone??

    How long on average does it take to get the email/text notifications from the G-1145?

    It varies..in our case didnt take long I recei ed emails and texts in 3business days not counting the weekend..

    My concern is that our money orders havent been cashed yet.got the e notifications on the 17th and i checked yesterday- the20th they were still not cashed..I was under the impression that " taking you money" is the first thing they do...
