In terms of the I-134. We just put the 5x assets into the savings/assets section. We just left the income section blank completely.

We werent asked for the father in laws i-134 at the interview though in the end, just the one for my fiancee which was sufficient for UK embassy. I put a bit about it in my interview report. Get in touch if you need more information and I will try to help.
