Yes, it came on a rather unofficial looking paper in the standard 8x11 US page size. In addition to the case number, it directs you to http://london.usembassy.gov/ds2001.html for further instructions which you could start on now. The return address on the page is the London embassy but the postage was in euro and from Rome.

Hello...Just thought to let you know that we received our NOA2 on June 7 and the instructions for next actions on June 23. I am still getting my head around how much time remains but have changed our plans to moving to the states in October. Hope your luck is as good or better!
