You have no timeline.
We have no clue what you're filing for.
We have no idea when you filed it.
You're going to have to give the people here a bit more information if you're wanting some help.
ok but i dont know how to make one...

average time of ap is 3-6 months in my case it has been 3 months already and i still havent heard anything still waiting for an answer and everytime i emailed them i get the same answer case still pending!!! ####### why does it take so long if there's nothing wrong with my case, they have everything they didnt request any documents ... this is one of their response " when i emailed them Dear Ms. Ali,
Thank you for your email inquiry. Mr. Mohamed case’s is currently undergoing a mandatory administrative review, which happens to be a normal process that occurs with visa processing. We shall inform him, when this process is completed on about how to proceed.
questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our office at ConsAddis@state.gov.
is anyone from addis going thru ap? any advice on what i should do at this point will help... is it too early for me to contact the congrass...

Thanks! and good luck to everyone whose under AP. hope we all get our visa soon and be with our loved one's

Unfortunately you need to just keep waiting. AP doesn't have a standard or set time frame. We were on AP for about 3 weeks. Others have been on AP for a year or more. Good luck to you.
thanks, i guess i will just wait and hopefully i get it . g0od luck to you too.

Hi, quick question
you need to be a little brief to get answer. At what stage are you I mean where is the AP going on, at the embassy or NVC and what is the kind of petition K or CR? These things have a good influencing factor on the time that the AP could be concluded.
the AP is going on, at the embassy. and is for my Spouse.

I understand your pain. Best thing to do is continue your life as is until you hear from the embassy. It could take one day, one week, or one year. Once you RECEIVE the visa is the time to start wrapping things up, hard as it is to wait the month or so it would take to do that after receiving the visa.
thanks everyone for your kind words and for answering my question.. i will just wait until i hear from the embassy.

Any advice on how l0ng Adminstrative processing takes to finish what they do while waiting (calling embassy to help speed up the embassy contacted them after AP is done if anyone can share their experience, tip about AP will help..

Congratulations!! i'm happy for.

congratulations
my husband case under AP too.

I would also try to check back with them in a month. You definitely want to know where the case is: in the embassy or returned to USCIS. Good luck! I am sorry about that but you will overcome it.
yeah your right i will defiantly do that call them and see whats going on with my case
-
You are in Administrative Processing. This is common with spouses from certain countries. I am sorry as it can last months. All you can do is wait
Good luck
thank you i will wait and see what happens i hope and pray my husband gets his visa .
-
This mean that the case is under Administrative Review. They do not need any additional information from you. Next they will either contact your husband or send the case back to USCIS.
thank you so much for the quick reply.

Hello
I am a United States citizen. I am married to a Somali national living in Ethiopia. Anyway, my husband went in for an interview at the consulate a few days ago. The consulate sent him this paper, which the image of I have attached, but it does not seem very clear. Can someone please tell me what this is supposed to mean?
-
omg is not letting me posted it keeps saying too big error...
-
The answers to your questions are probably on that white sheet of paper they gave him. What did it say, exactly?
-
ohh ok this is what it said
