Literally just received text/e-mail that USCIS has ordered production of my EAD card. No word on AP, but that's not a big deal for me anyways!

EAD is a combo card and will work as AP too congrats

USCIS mailed me EAD card on 4th of Nov and AP on 28th of Oct hope it will be soon in our mail box!!! But still no transferring to CSC or scheduled interview

AP Post Decision activity + EAD Card/Document Production we are so happy about this information!!!!

Biometrics done finally...... we are so upset how long does it take to get EAD and GC..... I want to work so badly, cant sit home anymore

Hey no problem! At the bottom of the RFE letter, there should be a list of documents that they want you to send them. How about you send me what they said, and that will help out more . If it's just proof of their status, then I would send in copies of their birth certificates and/or passports.

Thanks a lot for explaining We found that they want the same from us - the copy of Birth Certificate of joint sponsor

I somehow missed that I was supposed to send in proof of my sponsers legal status in the US. So I had to send copies of birth certificates and passports. totally my fault! haha

AlinaH, sorry for me asking one more time about RFE... but im here through K-1 visa too and we got RFE about adding more information about joint sponsor but i totally cant understand which exact papers they want from us! Im so disapointed....

We didnt send them either proving of our sponsor's US.citizenship.... i thought may be you could help me to get what they want....im so worried

We got our hard-copies of NOA-1 i believe 21st of September.... i wanna biometrics.....

still no biometrics app ... so sad

We got married 17th of August and 2nd of September sent our documents for AOS, got our NOA-1 in September 21st... so waiting for the next steps!

Don't be worried, or scared! What was your RFE dated so I can update the timeline?

Your RFE means "hey, you forgot something - give it to us and we'll approve ya!" Think of it as good news. You're being worked on
