    I just had my interview in SF and they didnt say anything about if we are approve or not they juat say u will hear from as soon thats it the interview was only 10mins... And she didnt even get our new joint account and rental agreement she only get my I-94 form and thats it... And i go to the uscis site our case is still in testing and interview.. We just had our interview today like 9:00am

    HI! just wannaask if my U.S citizen husband can filed a petition for my parents in the philippines to come here in the u.s? is it possible?

      coz my friend told me that last night! coz my parents is gonna be his in laws.. so it can be! and some also says it cant? confused much...thank god visajourney is here.. coz me and my hubby planning to have a baby buti want my mom is here to took care of my baby.. coz were 2 is gonna working were thinking stuff like that.. but i guess it will be hold..hehe thanks anyways black velvet

    Hi i received a mail today from USCIS to re-take my Biometric for my AOS and the appointment date will be on Aug 17 (damn another 2 weeks of waiting) can i just walk in for my biometric like tomorrow ex. to take my fingerprint ahead of time?..coz waiting sucks!!

    Hmm about DS3025 vaccination supplement worksheet the result indicated below is Vaccine History Incomplete "applicant may be eligible for blanket waiver(s) because vaccination(s) not medically appropriate (as indicated above) then in vaccine there's a check on my TDAP and MMR then in varicella (VH) history of chicken pox.. Do I need to go and look for civil surgeon or this alone can submit with my AOS/

    hi we are preparing to file AOS /EAD my question is can immigration officer questioned us about the new address? when we applied for K1 visa, the address is SAN FRANCISCO CA his sisters/brothers/nephew and niece are also living der so me and my hubby decided to move in SAN LEANDRO CA in my uncle house..he applied for change of address in DMV a while ago ...and we put in our AOS is our recent address here in san leandro so can immigration officer will question us for that?

    Hello guys! Can smebody give me a guidelines for AOS? I enter USA using K1 visa last april 20 then we've got married last May 02.. So what's next AOS right? What forms do we need to submit? We don't know where to start? It's too expensive to hire an attorney for this... Can somebody please help us?..thanks in advance I badly need your guidelines...;(

      NO ds 160..I assure u.. Igot a white slip and they said my document is organize and complete..
