hi Tuhii, yes my husband was approved and his been here in the states for more then a year already..Alhumdulilah! It took him 4 months and 15 days to be approved and out of AP. but you have to remember everyones case is handled differently, but don't worry this horrible time of waiting will pass and become a distant memory.

I'm coming back on the 22nd of this month. im from NY. just hang in there and stay strong for your husband because you have all the information your husband has no one to speak to about this process but u. so i say stay strong and don't worry so much.

Hi there, In your timeline I see that your husband was put of administrative review..how long did it take to be approved or cleared after being placed on AP? I'm going thru the same experience right now my husband is under AP! and I just wanted to have an estimated time limit from your experience.
