I am very confused,my wife is from venezuela but living in peru right now... 2 years ago I applied for k1 visa,for my then fiance,she went to an iterview there in venezuela they asked her for more prove to be send it by mail, she did all that,but after all that she never receive an answer, i called here to uscis,they told me the case is in venezuela not in USA, we sent emails to venezuela embassy but they always reply, we have to wait..already pass 2 years since thn i took my wife to Peru country i was born to stay there with my family and mother  for the situation in venezuela,she became a resident from peru, i marry her now i want her to come here and have a life together But,I don't know how to start?

What form do I need to send ... I see some people saying send this and that? but idk anymore what to send...this time ill have to apply k3? right i finish filling the: i 130,but i read other people send the i-130A(whats the difference) others cr1 in other pages they even say that sent the i-129, can you guys tell help me please someone ??? i was doing a folder with: form i-130 and the 535$ fee g-1145 copy of passports copy of my citizenship (certificate naturalization) marriage certificate and pictures is there somoething else i need to send or those are the wrong stff?? thnks

Sorry I can only answer one of these questions as we didn't use a co-spo but yes, for Q11 just write 'N/A' like on the example form.

i just preparing our evidence for the embassy interview and have a couple of questions regarding the I-134.

because of my taxes from last year was 17.000 and i know my income not meet the requirement ,so my friend is co-sponsoring. Does he has to fill the I-134 too ? and i look through the guides/forums has generated the following areas of confusion:

Q3. this affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person:

he has to put my fiance name or my name??

*-and for relationship ? he has to put "friend's fiance?

*-and because my friend has a daughter and his daughter in on his taxes ,does he has to write his daughter name where it says

"name of spouse and children accompanying or following to join person:?o what?

Q10:ITS SAYS:

-i have submitted a visa petition(s)to u.s.citizenship and immigration services on behalf of the following person(s)in none state "none"?

what does it mean that?he has to write a name of a person if he apply before for someone else...?or what???

or is it OK? if he just put NONE because he didn't apply for none

Q11. I intend/do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3.

I see on the sample form that it recommends that not mark any of the options and just write >>

'N/A ( K1 visa process for permanent residence )he should put that down??

or he should put the 'N/A' comment.

tu crees que haya algun problema que mi amigo haya hecho peticion antes hace casi 2 anios a su mama y ahora me ayude de co-sponsor?ya que el lleno affidavit para ella tmbien...o sera que el debe colocar a su mama tmbien en alguna de las preguntas? abra problema en algo con eso???

WHAT I need to write or mark there?

****and do you think i need a co-sponsor? or not?

coz my taxes last year came out at 17,000??

and searching and looking websites, some of them say I must have done a year 18,000 some of them say 14,000 more.and i dont know which is the right one? does anyone knows??

oh maybe one of you knows whats the Poverty guideline to be submitted?

and if need a co-sponsor which form he/she should use ??

and if he/she use the same the form I-134 what he/she must answer to the question 8-9-10-11??

my question is:

whats the first thing i have to do?

-someone told me first just sent the I-129 Form and they will sent me a letter saying whats next

but as i was reading online some people sent the I-129 FORM the biography, pictures,letter of marry intent and the money order!

what would you recommend me??

please i need some help on this because im going to do all the process by myself..
