when he called them n they gaved us our mnl case i paid at the bpi for the visa fee then tried scheduling an interview date n it was successful i believed that if its not on their system yet u cant schedule appointment interview..but maybe im wrong...try natin ask sa iba sis pero madali lng nmn ngayun kac electronics na eh..

Hey.. yeah my fiancee called like 6days after our noa2 then the lady said it shud be there like 2-3days then it did so we scheduled interview right after.
