    when filling the I-129F form do i need to have the copy of my fiancee passport ( or actual passport ) and the birth certificate too? what do i need to take home with me from her side? thanks

      None. Just let her sign the form G-325a and tell her to make a letter of intent (she needs to date and sign it). When filing for the I-129f, its more of the USC (us citizen) docs are needed.
