      congrats... i think you have to wait for your mnl case no.for you to proceed to the next step.. for now, gather all the things that you will need for you interview..(anyone can correct me if i'm wrong) :)

    I was in the US from September 2009-September 2010. I had a 2 year rule where in i cannot go back in the US for 2 years because of my J1 visa, but I never received any government funding whatsoever. I already filed for a waiver over a year ago but still no luck. I haven't received any letter yet My fiancée just received the NOA1. My problem is if I don't have the waiver till my interview will that be a problem?

      i was the same but it was fine, i got the visa ok, just had a problem after we were married at AOS interview but by that time i had waiver as proof

    yep im done with school 3 yrs ago pa hehe tanda ko na pla:P well hopefully ok na ung waiver ko at kse dapat wala talaga akong waiver since ako naman ngbayad ng internship not the government kaloka hehe anyway..kailangan ba humingi ng police clearance sa states? since we stayed there for a year.

    hi!sa galveston ako ngintern near houston :) may 2 yr rule nga ako kkinis..kw meron? pinapawave ko na then sbe ng lawyer mga april or may june pa ddting..tas sbe mgapply na kme ng k1 visa kya un mgsesend na kme ngyn end of march :)
