YES... I am so happy and thankful that it is all over...

Hubby passed his interview!!! took him all together 10 minutes..... yey

They say that but usually not true....

I had an RFE and it took about 10 business day and it was all good

yes, 8 seems long but my wait is now 15 months but our interview is sceduled next month. so consider yours done fast. anything under a year is fast.

15 months? ouch that is loong...

But on the bright side you 2 are almost done ............. and will be together at last

Ja mislim Alipasinoj....

Vidila sam kod jaranice kad mi je pokazivala interview date pisalo je Alipasino

znal iko jel ambassada u sarajevu puno busy zauzeta?

Neko kaze da nije itd....

cekam skoro 2 sedmice za interview da zakazu al nista

I know for a fact that Sarajevo Embassy is not busy at all....

that is how I find out my case was complete.....

they said FINAL REVIEW but it means your case is complete.

dont wait till friday call tomorrow... or wend.....and u will have a case complete ......

I had someone who helped me with my uscis papers they called em an attorney.....

First of all he had no clue what I need ect.... I found out everything on my own what kind of papers I needed ect.

I was paying him 150.00 dollars for what? nothing....

Going on to my NVC I called NVC asking them how can I remove him for being the attorney all they said to write an email and he will be done. All he did was Kept telling me wrong information and making me all Stress......

If I waited for his help I would still be waiting and waiting and I probably would of been done with NVC in Sept.

37 days later My case is complete and now all that is left is my husbands interview and we are all DONE!

Today I called them about my RFE they told me of course again 20 Business days and I went to my sign in thing and it sadi SIF... Case is Complete..... Mine took like 8 days.....

Like someone said they have to say 20 days or 6-8 weeks but it is not true....

I had an RFE as well... Its been almost 8 days.... so Now I am just waiting...

But I did see from timelines and people experience with RFES that they usually say 6-8 weeks but it is not true....

Yes You will need the Original.....

My friend didn't have the Original so they told her to fax it or something like that and they told her make sure her husband brings the Original one to his interview.

and it worked out fine...

NVC is very PICKY.... have to make sure we complete everything and go over it not once not twice but a lot of times before we send it in.

Ohh wow that is so not fair just for writing the date wrong you got held back that is so ridiculous..I sure hope I have better luck.. how long did they end up holding you back for?

They are very PICKY. this is for NVC of course.....

I just sent it back ASAP they told me on thursday and I sent it right away Friday so now I am waiting and hopefully everything will be ok.

I just had to send back the I864A not all of the other papers since they were all Ok....

now I am waiting for my case to be completed.... Hoping no RFES anymore....

Yeah I got an RFE because my mom did the date wrong.... instead of signing it like 5/21/2011 she did 5-21-2011 and that was an automatic RFE...

I have to say I got pretty lucky though. someone told me for the checklist to come it takes awhile..... Mine came the next day....

I figured it was the date cause I know she did sign it and date it..... and it was in black pen so yeah...

Once you get an email from them.... You will figure out where the mistake was.

I sent it the next day... so I hope now it will be all ok....

Lotz of things we will do... mostly getting him adjusted to the new life in the USA. Show him around.... go to dinner, go shopping..... I will be taking some time off work so we can spend as much time together as we can and catch up.

I just can't wait for him to be here I am sure we will find a lot of things to do that is not the problem.....

It has been the longest 7 months but I know it will be all worth it in the end .

I just sent in all my papers on wend and I am really Nervous.... I think I did everything right I had a friend help me with my papers because she went through the same thing.... but in the back of my mind I am still worried.....
