Those who did or have started ROC, did you sent the application three months prior to green card expiring or earlier? In the website it says not to sent it to earlier. I want to know when did people sent it.
I sent in my husband's ROC application 2 weeks before his green card expired. As long as you send it within the 90 day range not earlier not later you are good to go
