I noticed in your signature that you paid your AOS bill a couple of days after you were assigned a case number. I'm guessing that you hadn't received the paper notification yet...so I'm curious how you did it. As I understand it, you need the NVC case number and some Invoice Identification number in order to pay online. Did you call them and get this number?? Any help would be appreciated.

Along with the case# an ITIN # will be given to you also. The same day you should email the DS2030 you should get the confirmation in 1-2 days! Once you have those #(NVC + ITIN) you can go online and the min. the payment shows you can go and pay here's the link: https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx DO NOT waste time with the snail mail The paper comes in the mail , eventually after 5-6 days!

Hello Dec. filers family!

First congrats to all approvals!

I just got back from my 2 1/2 weeks with hubby for Easter!! Lots to celebrate, Easter, Noa2, NVC #

Got a bit nervous at the POE, but no big deal, the officer, very polite, asked me a couple of things, looked at my return ticket and that was it! short and painless

quick update of our progress so far: we got NVC case# on the 18th , we emailed the DS2030 (choise of agent)after that we paid the $88, after it shoued "paid" we mailed the AOS(affidavit of support+tax returns) than we paid the $404, it cleared just the day before I left so hubby, first thing Monday morning(today) will mail the DS230 (the petitioner form) !! LAST MAIL!! Woooohooooo

The best part: we got almost 3 weeks together & we did the NVC together

Worse part: ughh.... it's heart braking to leave :crying:

I used the CheLing (I hope that's how you spell it??) shortcut. I don't know if I did everything right, but I tried to. I had some questions too for certain problems, and looked the solutions up with the help of the the search function... If you have certain questions about something, I might be able to help as good as I can.

Any activity with your cases lately?

It means they scanned your file... They moved it from one desk to the other... Sometimes, when you get numerous "touches", it could mean you'll get approved soon. Some people had several touches and nothing happened... It's hard to tell, but at least you know something is going on with your case...
