Advise needed from my VJ readers!! Are letters of intent really necessary for a K1 visa, or my fiance can take it to the interview? We can not endure a second RFE after 7 months and 2 weeks of waiting. Thanks in for your advises

suzy-q i really can't comment on the letter of intent but whatever it says to send from this point on just make sure you do. Accurracy is one thing I have noticed will get you through this process with a little more sanity you kno. But if they need something and you didnt send it, they will definatley let you kno. Hang in there!

finally received the hard copy, which states your case was transfered to CSC to speed up the process..... to God be the glory....hubby caan wait fi start work!!!!

First I must thank God and then my VJ fam for the vital informations, encouragements and prayers. My fiance arrived on Sunday. Dispite t two hours flight delay, but thank God we are FINALLY together. POE was Ft Lauderdale he had a great experience no problem. Please keep us in prayers as we unite as one, and we will be back soon with our AOS questions. God bless everyone on there journey!!

Got a RFE after 6 months of waiting. It's being 30 days already and nothing yet. Just wondering how long the process takes after a RFE
