    Our souls are both crushed. Next week will mark one year since we sent our K-1 petition. We are still living in limbo, even after our interview, with NO decision, and we are not being told when one will be made. I am this close to losing my mind.

      Check the usvisa-info page for the airway bill. They kept his passport. That's a very good sign.

    We were told they "need more informtion from the system" and did not tell us if we are approved or not. does anyone know what this means?

    Got a reponse to my inquiry from the Consulate saying they have received my case even though when I call them they say they do not have it in their system!! Who to trust? Should I make appt yet or not

      Hey, I called the 703 number and got more confused. If you have a CDJ number you are just waiting for the letter from the consulate telling you that your case is ready for processing and to schedule interviews. Packet 3 is online. Good luck!
