Congrats my case was also completed on the 19th they told my lawyer no more October dates and they'll be starting scheduling for November 2nd week of October. I really hope we got interview dates soon.

Ya i wasnt with my hubby on our first anniversary either. On the 29th it's going to be our 6year (dating) anniversary have you gotten ur medical exam done

So my case is completed at NVC... We're just waiting for interview date which they operator told me they will be scheduling interviews for nov. starting Oct. 14. So there's no way we can get an Oct. Interview

Ya Im probably going to call my self because my lawyer said that if we don't hear anything from the by the 2nd week of October then we should call back. She also said we're just waiting for an interview date. Which I'm so confuse diba for us to get an interview date the nvc process has to be completed

So when you call NVC what do they tell you. I'm thinking my paralegal is bull shiting me.

So the paralegal told me that he called NVC and that all we're waiting for is interview to be schedule. She told me that October is fully booked and they're already scheduling November. I'm not sure if i want to believe that. I'm so pissed!!!

lol! thats so stupid of them lol. I called my lawyer today and I got mad at them they called NVC they said they'll call me when NVC gets back to them....

Sis I'm with you... Hehe... My lawyer is pissing me off I emailed him to ask what's going on and they haven't contacted me for the past week. I told them they better start calling NVC. I'm so bored already. I'm praying for an October interview

me too when did you send ur documents? did you get ur NBI fast? my husband took him almost 2 months. where you from in the philippines

Actually I'm in Some what same situation, I have a lawyer doing it for me hehe. But u can call the NVC yourself to check if they have received it and if you got a case number. It's a machine u just need your usics number. Also it will also tell you who will receive documents which you'll hear "lawyer".

Ours took almost 2 months stupid NBI people where my hubby went to told my hubby to come back 3 times. First June 22 then July 7 then we finally got it aug 3.

sis same here my husband was missing his NBI clearance. i just got his docs in the mail yesterday and today gave them to my lawyer. im still hoping for a sept. interview date. hehe
