I am a U.S. citizen and I recently turned 21 I would like to file AOS and I-130 for both my parents but I am a bit concerned and confused if I will be able to or not. Both my parents had EWI before but the last time they entered they both entered with a tourist visa and have, obviously, overstayed their visit. Will I be able to file and AOS for them even if they had EWI before? Will they recieve the 10 year ban if I do?

I had recieved a checklist on March 2nd requesting additional information to be sent to NVC ellectronically.
The following information was requested:
-PASSPORT
-BIRTH CERTIFICATE
-MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE
-FINANCIAL EVIDENCE
-PHOTOGRAPH
I sent this information on March 5, called the NVC and automated recorded message system claimed NVC had recieved the information on March 7. Today, March 11th, I recived another checklist requesting some, not all, of the same information I had already sent.
Should I ignore the second checklist or should I re-send the information?
The second checklist asked for the following information:
-PASSPORT
-FINANCIAL EVIDENCE
-PHOTOGRAPH
file for parents of USC
