  1. My plan is to fly my fiance from Monterrey to Dallas, then to El Paso, then cross into Mexico, at the interview they will take her B2 Visa and her Mexican passport.

Is there any way, at all, to while the visa is being processed to fly her back out of El Paso in the reverse direction or will she have to fly via Juarez to Monterrey on a Mexican airline?

  2. It is my understanding that Mexico does not issue "Teacher Certificates" my fiance has been teaching for two years and has a minor in Education.

How does she go about getting a Texas teacher certificate because the state website looks like it never gets updated and doesn't have information for cases like this.

  3. Does anyone know the reasoning by the apparent high variety in the length of time needed for Juarez to get out the visa to DHL?

Some its the next afternoon, others a week. I know visas can be put into AP, or AP lite but shouldn't some notice be given at the time of approval?

(Since Capt. Ewok closed the last thread due to size here is a link to it. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/37896-juarez-consulate/ )

  4. Does anyone have current information about the expedite request process? Is it as simple and sending the letter (to whom?) with the request and the reason(s)?

I would give specifics but it seems to me that only starts..."it will not get approved...that is a ####### reason". I just want to know how it is done.

I will leave it at this, I am worried about my fiancee's safety.

  5. Its a simple as this, USCIS, we pay a fee, that fee is both statutory and regulatory in nature and is supposed to support the full processing cost of the filling petition. At the Consulate/NVC, we pay an additional application fee for the visa that serves the same process.

There is no reason why these services would need to be shut down because they are self supported by user fees. If they do get shut down I guess that is just one more thing that needs to be added to yours and mine immigration reform issues.
