    I dont understand..... i called the Embassy but they keep sending me to this answer machine.... all i want to know is if they got the Package from the NVC...

      DOS would be best to call. Embassy may have it but it might not be logged in their system, so if you called they would tell you they don't have it.

      DOS has the tracking # etc so that's why they would know if it's been delivered, even though NVC and Embassy are both part of State Department.
