    Where do you view when your application was touched?

      go to the website uscis.gov....then go to AFTER I FILE,,,then click CHECK MY CASE STATUS,,and then enter your recipt number from USCIS,, i mean the NOA1,,the number that appear in ur paper that the one u enter on the reciept number,,,and then after u put ur reciept number,,click check status,,u wil know if ur paper was touch....

      if u know that ur paper is touch u will need to sign in in the uscis.gov...u will click the SIGN UP for case Updates...
