Hi got a CC 12/15/2015, waiting for interview. Any of you guys know if NVC forwarded the approved petition to USEM? Or does USEM already receive your papers?

Hi guys i just got recently have a case complete at NVC and im just wondering if it is possible to schedule a earlier date for interview, usually USEM schedule interview takes longer wait. What is the reason for the expedite?

Just requesting it does not make the case go faster. You have to have a valid reason.

I have a valid reason and a personal reason. The main question is am i able to request an expedite without a case number or our case just receive in NVC?

Hi I'm planning to expedite the case of my wife and daughter at NVC stage. my wife and daughter got an NOA2 already and it was sent by USCIS to NCV 6/18/2014. My question is can i request an expedite to NVC without any case number? Or can you expedite if NVC just receive your case? I heard that some people can expedite as soon as NVC receive your case, and it would be an advantage since they will check you case and they can assign a case number right away, is this true?

Hi when my wife's I-130 was approved on may 16th it wasn't mailed out till may 30th then when nvc receives it it's another 30 days to process your #

Did they text or email you that uscis ship it to nvc? And does your noa2 says uscis sent it to nvc bec. Mine says that.

If you signed up for text and e-Mail you will get a notice mines left USCIS today see sig and I got text and e-Mail. It will happen soon I believe they sent in batches.

When did you get noa2? Im already sign up for that hopefully, ill get text soon. Anyway im reading my noa2 it says there that they sent it to nvc. Does your noa2 says that too?

Hi guys do USCIS usually email for update when they send it to NVC? My wife i130 got approved may 30 but when i called NVC they still dont have it on file and when i check status in uscis it says post decision approved. Do ghey email you if they send it to nvc?

Hi guys my i130 approved may 30,2014 for my spouse and its been 16 days and called nvc and they havent receive my case yet and does USCIS update you when they send your file to nvc? And anyway the i130 for my daughter too just got approved last week june 12,2014. Should i call uscis for my wife case? Please help. Thank you.

Received NOA2 today (email)- 28 days after NOA1. I did not expect that we'll be approved in less than a month! We were anxious about possibly getting an RFE for some reason. But THANK GOD for this unexpected blessing!!! I'm hoping and praying for a speedy approval for everyone! ?

May i know how did you expedite bec im planning to file expedite for my family at nvc stage. Do i need case number from nvc before filing expedite or i could file as soon as uscis approval? I received approval form uscis 2weeks ago. Can you please teach me how did you file expedite. Thank you

Call few times im they held me for 3 hours, and i decided to ge appt on infopass. Ill update after my interview. Hope my approval will arrive before my appt/

Short of your wife booking a ticket without your child, I wouldn't worry!

The next phase of the process is the NVC and how long that takes is largely down to you. If it takes a little longer for your child to be approved, then you could always hold off submitting your documents and paying your fees to the NVC. Failing that, much farther down the line, if your wife was somehow approved for a visa before your child, she still has three months to travel to her port of entry in the US. I wouldn't worry at all. Be patient, and the NOA2 for your child should be there shortly.

Congrats for your approval. Were you transferred to NSC? Where did you file your petition? Your profile is indicating CSC as filing location?

Petitions for the Philippines are being expedited at present due to Typhoon Haiyan last year - I should imagine your child's approval should come pretty soon; from what we've seen approvals for Filippino applicants are taking around one month to complete.

what news of talking with an ISO ?
