We were only asked for current resident utility bills etc..if you are living with your parents in the future.. A letter should suffice of future living arrangement notarized by your parents.. when you get your interview it can be explained in detail if needbe

You should be able too. Try checking gorenew.com and follow the prompts for new florida license. It will prompt you to put in your residency status..and then you select which 1st and 2nd forms of id and proof of residence you have..

You should see a change soon.. we filed feb 11th and just this week received an interview date one day via text,and ap/ead approval following day via text..Good luck to eveyone the estimate given when you do your time line was pretty accurate for us..

As of this morning we now have a case update for the i485 3 days after calling and requesting to speak to a tier 2 rep or someone regarding no update concern.no call back.. but a status update..Our update states scheduled for testing and interview May 20th. we filed feb 11th.?

Nothing going on here just waiting to hear anything ~ biometrics was march 10th..6 days early. Otherwise file doesnt seem to have been touched since no1's were sent feb 24th...⌚

The paperwork asked for both names..your married already so married name it is.

We sent in a regular copy.. no problem with it as we know of.

I believe that means like your Marriage. Certificate etc. Whatever qualifies You to apply for permanent residency

For everyone still waiting .. I looked up the email address for TSC and sent them an email one week ago asking for an update, and I told them how long we have been married, and our priority date etc.. They never responded besides the email receipt conf... and I received approval email tonight 10 pm..I don't know if that made a difference or not..

From others comments..its an approval..prob within next hour or so...congrats look for a text

Hi Deeder. I have been posting in March filers forum but I actually filed in Feb 26 Priority date march 1st and got transferred same time as yours in October 24 to TSC. Now last thur November 21 I received a message that my Alien Registration number was changed. Has this happened to you too?

No, this has not happened to us as of today, but I did read somewhere that someone received that message and was approved a few days later!! So, good news

may be coming your way sooner than later.. As for us we are impatiently waiting

Congrats!! We were also transferred on Oct 24th from NBC to Texas.. Really hoping it will be a domino effect..as was the transfers...

in my "opinion" i think lawyers who have been doing this process for a long time have connections. meaning they know who to speak to directly or whatever to have a file pulled and, immediately worked on etc.. its only normal.. The same way if you go shopping ,and you know who in the store always finds discounts for you.. 9 times out of 10 thats who you going to go to~ to save money!! again my "opinion" . We have been going back and forth about getting a lawyer.. even went to a consultation .. where she answered alot of our basic questions there.. so we are undecided at this time about actually hiring someone. for our overstay..I truly dont think our case is that complicated besides a long overstay which .. will be forgiven anyway...
