HI everyone! Our I-130 was approved June 22 and we are still waiting the nvc case number. I want to make sure I understand the next steps at nvc! I get my case number, then call and give them my husband and my email addresses. Then file the DS-3032 by mail and email both? When they except the ds-3032 then I can pay first fee of $88 online and send the AOS by mail then the payment of $404 and send the Iv package? Is this correct steps or can I send both payments at one time and both I files at the same time? I think I am confusing myself I just want to do everything right the first time and the fastest way too! Thank's for all your help!
O and also when I do the AOS I have both my parent's in my house hold so they are doing an I-864a do they also have to do a I-864 or is it just me the petitioner that will do the I-864? I have the last 3 yrs of my tax papers but they only have the last 2 yrs will it be ok to just send the last 2 of their's and my last 3yrs? I also have check stub's of my dad's and a letter from his retirement plan of the last 3 yrs of annual salary. We will also have letter's of employment, will this be all the info we will need? I know the AOS is the most important step and want to make sure we have everything correct the first time. My dad's income alone is well over the proverty guidelines so the income is not a concern just don't want to leave something out because we know we are over the guidelines for income then end up they want more info... Thank's again for any advice!
Hello There,
I have my I-130 Ok-ed on May 31st & I still don't have a case # @ NVC... the USCIS says that its in route from CSC....it's in sane....I hope yours reaches them sooner....
The steps you mentioned are correct, but they have to be done in turn. You can't submit both at the same time. As far as the sponsor papers - You need to file one for you (if you are the original petitioner) then another packet for the additional sponsor (whoever it may be)... Good Luck!

Are you self employed or a wage/salary earner? What is your current (now, 2011) annualized income?
Well, with my husband(beneficiary) included we will be a household of 4 & my 2010 was about $26,000... & the poverty guideline is about $28,0000 roughly....

Ok, I need to know what's best to do....
current year's taxes I'm just short of about $2,000 to meet the poverty guideline. What's better to do? - find a sponsor or him opening an account with a little more over the amount so we can include that in the affidavit of support?
Please HELP

can i just fill the form out, sign it, scan it and email it to my fiance along with the paystubs, w2 and tax return?..
there is no difference between original and copy, just that the signature is in INK!
do i still have to Ship it to her?
they havent asked for much, i didnt send her the whole packet i sent out for the 129f visa..i actually havent sent her ANYTHING yet! and shes on the packet 3!
As far as I know they want your fiance to have the originals at the interview (at least that's what happened to my friend's K1 case...)

What happens if US Immigration and Customs make me miss my Connecting Flight?

ANSWERS:
1 - Wherever you are, the Airline that you'll be late from the flight, should grant you the next flight's ticket free of charge (that's usually the policy with Airlines, though there are exceptions - you might want to check with that specific airline)
2 - Your POA is the 1st city you arrive to in USA - Thus, Denver, CO should be it. I'm not sure if you have to collect your baggage before your next flight, but on the way to USA POA, the flight attendants can clarify that for you (if you haven't clarified yet) & help you fill out the immigration form that you need to present at customs.
3 - See reply 1 - they'll all have to grant the flight, because you paid for a flight, no matter the time differences, it's still the same flight distance you paid for.
4 - You Don't have to collect your bags in Japan, because your Final Destination Country is USA
GOOD LUCK IN USA!
