    Our AOS case was transferred about 2 months ago and havent heard anything since then... no interview date or anything. Anyone had that happen to them, or any other thoughts on this?

    our status online shows that they've ordered the EAD card production (finally!!), but nothing has changed on the I-131 status-- does it still mean that they will have the EAD card serve as a travel document?

    don't waste your time going for an infopass --driving a couple of hours maybe-- unless the emergency is a death of a parent/sibling/child-- because they will just kindly turn you away and tell you to wait your 3 months timeline... oh USCIS.... ^_^
