  1. you should not worry about this. when you receive the notification to have the medical done, you will need to take this paper to a certified approved doctor that the USCIS will urge you to go to ( they will provide you with a list of approved doctors). The Doctor will know the type of vaccinations and shots, if any, that you will need. The only thing you could do ahead of time is the Biometrics( fingerprinting)

  2. Hi guys.

    My girl is finally divorced.

Does the VN divorce decree need to be translated into English and/or notarized when submitted?

    Thanks.

any document written in a foreign language to be submitted to the bureau of Immigration and naturalization services (USCIS) must be translated in English and notorized.

  3. I am filing form G-639 in order to obtain a copy of my green card. I have been a U.S citizen for years and never thought i would need a copy of my greencard. However, in order to obtain a visa to my home country now they are requiring that I submit a copy of my greencard. So just needed help in figuring out which option to choose on the form G-639 : the freedom of information act or privacy act.

    thanks for your help

when you become a US citizen, you automatically change status. If your home country has diplomatic relation with the US, your US passport should be enough for you to travel in and out of that country. yet, if the country does not have diplomatic relationsip with the US, your citizenship at birth passport should be the only document you need to enter your home country.

  4. Hi,

The best thing you could have done was to make partial payment in the country where you are. though you did not have all the required child support amount to pay, you could have shown "good morale" by sending whatever you could to the U.S embassy in the country where you are now and get all thisdocumented. At this point, I would still try to send partial payment to the U.S embassy( Or consular Office)for child support processing and wait a little bit of time before I enter the U.S. They will never reject your payment and they will most likely document your willingness and endeavour to make your child support payment.

I am not trying to be offensive towards the females at all, but some women view the child support as a way to nail you, especially when they are infuriated with the separation.

    Good luck.

i am not a lawyer, you may want to seek legal advice.
