  2. I got the same checklist. The operator told me that when they send out checklist's it is because they are only looking at the petitioner's info but that they did have the joint sponsor on file. So you can just ignore it for now and make sure to bring all of the joint sponsor's documents to the interview.

yes they what told my wife , they are only looking at the petitioner's info , do you mean i can take copies of joint sponsor's document ?

  3. hey guys , i called NVC our case completed but after one day they send checklist cover letter :

    ______F - FINANCIAL EVIDENCE:______________________________________

The NVC has received the information you have submitted in reference to

the Affidavit of Support. Please be advised that the Affidavit of Support

information you have provided does not appear to meet the minimum

income requirement according to the current poverty guidelines to sponsor

the intending immigrant(s) for this petition. The consular officer will make

a decision regarding this requirement at the time of your interview. In

order to avoid delays, you may wish to submit an additional Affidavit of

Support (Form I-864) for a/another Joint Sponsor to the National Visa

Center to assist in sponsoring the intending immigrants. To view the

    current poverty guidelines, visit

    http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-864P.pdf.

If you decide to use a Joint Sponsor to assist in sponsoring the intending

immigrants, please note that you the sponsor may not use Form I-864EZ

and will also need to submit Form I-864.

we allready sent Co-sponsor which he is my father in law ( household ) since my wife she didn't make enough income this year from part time job and full time student , but her father construction man ,but when we got his transripts we found out he doesn't make enough income but he own assets like two houses , cars , and more than 200000 dollars in the bank .

so why they send this email to us ?

do you think assets can Offset the annual income ?

  5. When the AOS fee shows as paid you can go ahead and print out the AOS barcode sheet and send it with form I-864 and the necessary documentation. Same goes for the IV Fee bill and the DS-230 form. Don't wait for them to mail you anything because it can take weeks for things to start rolling, unless you need to make time. You can find all of this info in the EZGuideSpouse guide.

thank you , but it looks like it's gonna take time because my wife just ordered transcripts by automated system which gonna take 5-10 days to fill out I-864 and I-864a for her dad (Co-sponsor) , so we will send this package late , isn't bad ?

  7. I suppose no one really answered your question, what will happen now is they will send her the petitioner a form so you can register as your agent so she can respond to all document requests. I filled out the form they gave me and then sent a digital copy to my husband in Morocco. He printed it, signed it and scanned it and sent it right back digitally. NVC accepted the digital copy from there I dealt directly with NVC on my husbands behalf. Next they requested I submit the affidavit of support and an $88 processing fee, lastly they requested all his documents To include the visa application and the $404 visa fee. At this state my husband had expressed all his documents to me original and translation of his birth certificate, police report, court report, the list of required documents is on the department of state website. We gave them all originals because most documents in Morocco have a 90 day expiration date and depending on the interview date you may have to redo them again if 90 days have transpired. My husband kept the original marriage certificate and he got the physical done there so he added those documents before the interview. Remind her to print and forward to you all documents she submits to NVC. Most importantly the receipts for payment of the AOS and visa and all tax documents she gives NVC. After she meets all document requirements the NVC will forward the packet to the Embassey and forward you an instruction letter with your interview date.

I hope this helps and does not confuse you too much.

thank you very much , it's really help now i hope it's gonna be smoothy i'm getting ready now and i will send her my documments birth certaficate , police report , court report ,(translated) two pics , 230 form , copie of 3 pages of my passport , and about DS-3032 i can register it online to NVC after i will get my case number ... hope i didn't forget anything , i hope you will let me know if it's allright , thank you

  9. hey dear VJ my wife just sent to the petition I-130 yesterday , and we had K1 denied last mars ,and my wife she had to quiet her job after working there 2 years so my wife came to me for 2 months and she we got married but she will not go back to work because she already singed for 3 classes , so she will start school this year but she told me her father is going to be the Co sponsor ( he has two houses and he make good money or her mom she work good job ), so my question is ok if my wife not working and she is unemployement and getting payed from goverment , is that could be stil ok if my wife will study and not working or she need to work some part time ?

  10. Tell her to get the one from her local city police department where she is currently living. That should be enough. That is what I did. I got married in Fes.

thank you, is there any fingerprint ? and is it should to be legalization? and can you tell me how she can get the residence certaficate ?

I just went to the police station in the city I live in and asked for a background check report. It took 10 minutes from

the time i requested till the time the report was in my hands.

is that should be legalization ? i mean in french egalise ?

  12. That was him!! She said she did give him another chance! My poor husband is taking this denial so hard, because it is our second one :crying: :crying: Keep your chin up, and work smart. It is SOO hard, but put emotions aside for now, and do what you can. Has your fiance contacted her senators yet? Has she emailed the consulate? This is the hour to call the consulate in Morocco about visas, the line is open another half hour. Calling doesn't usually help much, but she can try! I am praying for you guys as well! We feel your pain!!!
