Hi Malissa- I emailed the embassy (2x) and they sent packet 4 which just had instructions on how to schedule the appt. and med exam. My fiance turned in his paperwork last week and they said it looked good. He had: 2 MORE copies of the DS-156 (yes you need them again), DS-156 K, DS-157, DS-230 Part 1 (which I don't think we needed but did it anyway), I-134, plus accompanying evidence. Goo...
