I married a US citizen and filed for I-130 and I-485 etc. then just had a baby. we had to cancel the interview with USCIS due to my eary labor. Then they sent a notice of denial due to my husband's criminal history without second notice of interview. We do not kno what to do. Please someone advise how I can live with my US citizen baby and husband.
