Regarding your question number one if you are having your interview and your whole process done In Juarez its not nesessary to have your birth certificate translated. It states (am not sure what web page) that if your birth certificate is in any other language other than English or Spanish you need to translate it otherwise you dont. So basically you dont have to translate it.

I dont have an answer to your 2nd question and I dont want to make any guesses but I can tell you that if you have a joint sponsor who can support you and her dependednt you shpuld be ok.

1. I know for the adjustment of status a birth certificate in required. My It states that the birth certificate has to be translated to English. Is it required to have this done by a professional l?? Or can I do this??? I speak pretty good english. Does anyone have any samples they could share.

2. On form I-864 .Question 25. Which box do i check? none? Graduated school in June 2010 and started working. I will be making over the poverty limit, but for 2010 I reported I made below the poverty limit because I worked only in the end of that year. This is my first job and I did not file or work previous years. So i will put "0" for those years???? I will have a co sponsor as well. Just as back up.

Please help! Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Gracias.... por el consejo... de hecho mi esposo trabaja e el departamento de salud del condado... y tal vez sea mas facil con algun contacto de el... y lo del precio de las vacunas... lo investigue precisamente con una clinica que esta autorizada de hecho saque los datos de la pagina del uscis.... pero en fin... entonces si es mucho no? lo checare entonces por otro lado... Estoy un poco confundida alguien que pueda ayudarme... entre a usa con una visa k1 me case apenas hace 4 dias por el cuvil.. empece con mis tramites del AOS y me di cuenta que necesito contactar a un medico autorizado para lo de mis vacunas, tengo dos cartillas de vacunación en donde claramente dice que tengo la vacuna de varicela, Td (tetanos y difteria) y MMR (sarampeon y rubeola) ... llame a una clinica aqui en Charlotte NC. y les envie por fax lo de las vacunas... y todo... segun es una clinica en donde atienden a muchos hispanos... hable con la persona que me atendio y me dijo que necesitaba un refuerzo mas de MMR Y otro mas de tetanos y difteria... Bueno para no hacerla tan larga dice que cada una me sale en 65 dolares y parte el llenado de las hojas otros 60 bueno la cosa esta en que me sale como 200 dolares... la verdad siento que es mucho dinero... o creen que esa cantidad es lo que cuesta? tengo que pagarlos? o me estan tratando de cobrar de mas???? agradeceria mucho que me dijeran... porfavor...

Alguien podria ayudarme con una duda en la forma i 864 en la parte 6 en la numero 25 dice de lo de los income taxes... y mi esposo tiene trabajando apenas un ano... osea que solo tiene sus income taxes del 2010 no tiene nada en 2008 ni en 2009... le podemos poner que si en el check en donde dice de los 3 anos aun que solo haya trabajado uno? porque para que nos aprobaran la i 129 f tuvimos un co esponsor por la misma razon... entonces como le ppodemos hacer... plisss alguien que me pueda ...
