Hello guys.. My interview was at 1pm today.. AND IT WAS APPROVED!!! he just asked where did we meeet? and if i knew her family and that's it! the rest was just reviewing everything was correct in the application!! We are sooooooooo happy!!!

Don't panic! There are a few of us who are about to file our AOS packets. I am sending mine in on Monday and it is a AOS packet which consists of the I-130, I-1485 and the I-765. I came on the VWP in 1998.
Depending on where you live, you could have issues as relates to having your petition adjusted successfully. Can I ask you which state you live in. Depending on which state you live in you may be headed for either (a)Instant denial, (b) Application being placed on hold or © Approval which is always discretionary.
I live in NY State which is a state that is currently approving VWP adjustments without any real problem.
If you live in NJ state then a case such as ours would be placed on hold.
If we lived in San Diego, California then we would not file. Our case will be denied.
So that is the most important question for you. You have already overstayed so the situation is trickier.
