    Hello everybody! I just wondering if I need to change my last name before I do my adjustmend of status?, I married in december but I dont know if I change or not, and how can I change my last name of spouse?

      you put last name that you want to use (and you want your green card to come with)on ALL AOS forms. When you get your green card or EAD, go with it and your marriage certificate, to Social Security Office and change your last name on your Social Security Card.

      for instance, if you were A.B. and you married to C.D., and want to change your last name from B. to D., you fill all forms for AOS (I-485, G-325A, I-693, I-864, I-765, I-131) as A.D.
